where to start

We typically start by talking to key stakeholders to capture your overall strategic objectives, vision and mission and to define the key information we’re looking to garner.

From there, we commence an analysis of the competitive landscape, gathering information on similar organization’s strengths and weaknesses, product lines and how they rate in regards to service, quality, appearance, availability, pricing, visual approach and marketing activities.

TIMING
The typical duration for a competitive landscape analysis is 2-5 weeks.

We first work with you to define and understand who your competitors are. We then create a comparison matrix, which outlines the specific criteria of comparison.

Once we’ve collected the data, we conduct a rigorous analysis of the data and make recommendations for areas of focus and/or improvement.
