We begin by talking to internal stakeholders to uncover current user data, anecdotal or otherwise. Then we conduct research with actual users to validate assumptions.

Through user and ethnographic research we capture and characterize the groups of people who will use your enterprise portal and their common usage goals.

Based on your user requirements, we classify these characterizations into primary, secondary and tertiary categories to define the priority tasks with the enterprise portal and then use this information to guide the final design solution.
