where to start

Most organizations have basic knowledge about their mobile users, what they do and what their context of use is. We begin by talking to internal stakeholders to uncover initial user data, anecdotal or otherwise.

Then we conduct further field research with actual mobile users to validate assumptions and capture detailed aspects of the usage patterns of each mobile user group.

TIMING
The typical duration of creating mobile personas is 3-5 weeks.
