Web personas help to understand user goals, motivations, and behaviours

User personas are created to identify and help you understand your user’s needs, goals and habits. They are detailed stand-ins of your real users. Through stakeholder research, field research, contextual inquiries and interviews, we gain valuable data to characterize the group or groups of people who share common goals in the use of your website. The creation and use of user personas help us to optimize the user experience.

WHERE WEB PERSONAS START

To identify and create your web personas we begin by talking to internal stakeholders to uncover current user data, anecdotal or otherwise. Most companies or organizations have some knowledge about their website or web portal users, what they do and what their context of use is. Then we conduct research with actual users to validate assumptions.

TIMING
The typical duration for persona development is 2-4 weeks.

HOW WE DO WEB PERSONAS

Through user and ethnographic field research we capture and characterize the groups of people who will use your website and their common usage goals.

Based on your business requirements, we classify these characterizations into primary, secondary and tertiary web personas to give order in the priority of tasks with the website and then use this information to guide the final ux design solution.
